Being 5'11 and weighing 93 kgs, i decided it was time to get into shape for summer.
Ive put myself on a 12 week diet & fitness program which started today.
I rose from bed at 6:30am, and hit the road for a 7 km walk which took just over an hour. It was refreshing to get amongst the cold air at that time of morning which i haven't done for a while!
I stuck to my diet throughout the day which consisted of porridge, boiled egg, kangaroo and vegetables, handful of almonds, lean steak and vegetables and 4 liters of water during the day.
Ive just finished a 30 minute weights and cardio session and am about to go to bed and start all over again tomorrow.
If the weather holds out, ill try and sneak in a 10 - 15 km bike ride also, and substitute some of the diet foods im trying to eat.
All in all, im actually quiet happy with the way things went today.
