Seashore's Progress

Postby seashore » Fri Dec 08, 2006 8:26 pm

Hello everyone,

I have started dieting officially. I didn't start straight away like other people who just jump into it. I slowly got my self into it.

At the moment my biggest challenge is giving up sugar. I basically eat all the time. So if I give this up it may help.

I have changed my lifestyle. That's why this diet is special to me. I have done many things. The first thing is I keep myself very active during the day. I draw and paint. I also don't eat as much. I stick to regular meals. I go to sleep hungry not full.

The biggest things that make this diet different. Is I have started an online journal that keeps me active and will mentally get me back into shape. I have also joined this forum and this is a first.

I hope I do well. This is the second fourth day of my diet.

I have also started spending more time looking after myself. If I do this everyday it will be good. What else do I do? Just basic things I neglected before.

I love love. My goal is huge. It is accessible but I think it will take me a year. In that year I have a lot of things I have to accomplish. I look forward to the challenges.

Thankyou,

Love Seashore

Hi seashore . I find it easier to break down my goal as losing 30+ kgs looks huge but 5 kgs losses are much easier to see . Hope to be reading more on your progress .

Stess Eating

Postby seashore » Sat Dec 09, 2006 9:40 pm

Hi everyone,

I did a lot of walking today and that's good. I have taken up new areas of interest so I have a hobby.

What I find difficult is out of habit when I get stressed I eat. I had that problem today. My solution take a hot bath. That's what I did. It really calmed me down.

I drink lots of water which is good. At the moment I have taken up a new hobby and I don't know if its worth it. So it is stressing me out. I really need to relax.

Love Seashore.

Postby seashore » Sun Dec 17, 2006 11:51 am

Hi everyone,
It's been about two weeks into my diet. I have been doing a great deal of walking. I also eat around five times a day and I only filling yet light food. Like noodles, sandwiches and drink water and juice. I do drink tea but I am trying to cut down.
I walked to around the city, I walk to the local stores and I walk to and from the station.
I find persuing an interest in art and being creative helps me with my lifestyle.
I love my life and I am finding interests in other things.

Thankyou,

Weight loss

Postby seashore » Wed Dec 20, 2006 6:37 am

Hi everyone,
I have started running. I ran today in the morning around our local little park. I ran for around 7 minutes. I am really going to keep going with it. Try my best. Because I have a big bum and I would like to loose it. I think running is the best solution.

I have been eating my five meals a day and drinking water. Though I find I sometimes indulge in sweet foods. Such as cake and sweets. Though I think I'll be fine.

well done on your running seashore, its something I can only imagine at this point in time, I think I'd kill myself with my boobs if I tried to bob up and down running. Your bum is sure to get smaller with all the great work you are doing  well done 8)
[no excuses, I can do it!
