Been off for the weekend as have been busy as, unfortunately had a weekend with lunches and diners and also changed medication so not too happy with weight loss for the week, have lost 600 g but kills me that I had lost a kg in half a week then put on over a weekend - but that's the way the cookie crumbles will just have to make next week count, feeling a little disheartened at the moment and probably sound like a completely different person from the one who started this post.
Need to get my happy mojo back, giving my-self another week and half of this crap then moving onto next phase being exercise which I am really looking forward to.
Start Diet - maintain 4 weeks - DONE
Stop smoking - maintain 4 weeks, 17 days smoke free only 11 to go then completed and I am officially a non-smoker
Start exercise - maintain 4 weeks, coming soon to a forum near you
Why am I doing this?
Health - I want to live
Life - I want to feel more in this life
Looks - I want to (ashamed to say it) feel normal and buy nice clothes
censored - I want to be picked up and be able to do those things you read about in magazines
Mind - I want to be happy and feel free to enjoy my life
Heart - I want to feel peace with in my-self and like who I am
