Thank you admin :) I have to remember that my goal is 1 kg a week not a day  and that being a lifestyle change will take a long time. I have worked out that I should reach my goal on the 3/11/2013, so as long as I hit that 1 kg a week I will be fine. 8)

131.7 kg - yep that's 300g down :D I am so looking forward to getting out of the 130's by estimation it should take me under 2 weeks now, sooooo close but still feels so far away. I can fit into my pregnancy jeans lol, feels so good walking around in my now baggy jeans that have become home wear. I have loads of clothes I will be able to fit into in the near future which I am so excited about. I know to some it might sound weird to be excited about fitting into pregnancy clothes and size 20's again but to me it is fantastic. :D

I was reading a thread the other day about this lady that wanted to buy a pair of cheap K-Mart jeans, and omg I could relate, buying plus size clothing is so expensive and very limited add the shame of walking into one of those shops or departments and well just down right horrible shopping experience. I am looking forward to the day I can go shopping and enjoy it, enjoy the experience of looking for clothes that most people can wear, to not have to ever walk into a plus size shop again (althou I think that might be a good part of my maintenance to walk in and have a look around the plus size shops every now and again, just to remind my-self how it feels). Any how I went shopping and bought my first pair of $8.50 jeans - they are a small size 18 and don't fit yet, but they will soon enough and I know I am going to need them. Felt a bit like a dag, swear if anyone saw me on camera they would have thought I was shop lifting sulking around clothes that is no uncertain terms do not fit and me feeling like a thief in the night so fidgety and very uncomfortable

I have soo much house work to do today, going to go and make a sizeable dint in it today so off to enjoy my good day, hope anyone reading enjoys their too :)

Thank you wantstolooseweight :D

Been off for the weekend as have been busy as, unfortunately had a weekend with lunches and diners and also changed medication so not too happy with weight loss for the week, have lost 600 g but kills me that I had lost a kg in half a week then put on over a weekend - but that's the way the cookie crumbles will just have to make next week count, feeling a little disheartened at the moment and probably sound like a completely different person from the one who started this post.

Need to get my happy mojo back, giving my-self another week and half of this crap then moving onto next phase being exercise which I am really looking forward to. :D

Goals
Start Diet - maintain 4 weeks - DONE
Stop smoking - maintain 4 weeks, 17 days smoke free only 11 to go then completed and I am officially a non-smoker
Start exercise - maintain 4 weeks, coming soon to a forum near you

Why am I doing this?
Health - I want to live
Life - I want to feel more in this life
Looks - I want to (ashamed to say it) feel normal and buy nice clothes
censored - I want to be picked up and be able to do those things you read about in magazines
Mind - I want to be happy and feel free to enjoy my life
Heart - I want to feel peace with in my-self and like who I am

Hi justme, i love your list of reasons for doing this 8) they all lead you to that "good place"
I think i know how you must be feeling about starting the exercises (excited and a bit aprehensive), I had a really nice walk around the headland today ,took 1 and 1/2 hours, and some of it was really hard, i didn't think i could do it and i suprised myself :D All that fresh sea air. Winter is on it's last legs thank god, i think (or i hope) that we will all be feeling better about ourselves with the sun shining on us
Stay happy and just think how proud we will be when we weigh in next week "BRING IT ON "

129.8 kg - cracked the 130 kg but also understand that weight fluctuates even thou I weigh my-self same time each day :P

Thank you Carolyn wrote them down to help me remember as well, feeling a little down atm as it is coming up to 8 weeks and while I know I have lost weight (scales and clothes) I can not see any difference at all, which is frustrating the hell out of me - so wrote down what this is all about and trying to get back my Mojo so to speak :D Well done on the walk it always feels fantastic when you can complete something you didn't think possible, my goal is to be able to go for a 10K run by the time I reach my goal of 70 kgs in Nov 2013 and to get back into Kickboxing :D

Been a bit blah last couple of days waiting to hear back about my house and other stuff, however my life otherwise is pretty boring atm.

Hope any reading this has a good day, see you tomorrow or the next day
