So I've decided to weigh in 2 days early today. There is a certain German beer drinking festival on tomorrow which I shall be attending so I'm doing my check in today. The next one will be next Sunday.
Gym intensity was up this week, especially on Wednesday! Had a lighter session today yet still managed to get enough done.
Current weight is 129kgs so I'm pretty happy with that. Have been wanting to knock down to the 120's keenly!
Haven't dropped any pants size yet but am noticing things are fitting better, not so tight! Very much looking forward to when I need to buy some smaller ones
