I remember you from when I used to post on here regularly. I'm in a similar situation, - have lost a significant amount of weight in the past and used this forum with great success, then got slack and now pushing my heaviest ever :(

You've made a great start, and its good that you're already motivated... I find I need to just make myself do it for the first 5kgs or so before I really get into it... starting is the hardest part, once you're in your weight loss routine it's almost easy

How long do the 10k walk/jogs take you?

Hiya Sanov,

I been a bad boy but its been a lot of fun  Just got back from NZ and had a great time, unfortunately it shows..

Hope to catch you around if you are still about..

How are you Gordz? Yeah this must be round 3 for me if I can manage to get it off the ground.. So far so good though and did my hour + of walking again last night.. Just need to get through to beyond the weekend and gain some momentum.. It seems to be a case of mind over matter to me but I'm still motivated.. Take care..

Good luck for the weekend JP, stay strong! I know what you mean about gaining momentum... once you get to a point where you're excited about what you've already achieved it becomes almost easy

Prepare your mind for the weekend JP! Visualize what can stop you and imagine what ways you can combat those obstacles. Forearmed with strategy will give you a successful outcome. "Those that fail to plan - plan to fail!"

Best wishes for your weekend. :D

This one hurts >> I'd got back to running FFS with a fit mate of mine and then HE lost his job and enthusiasm and that was enough for me to throw it away too >> Got to get back to this level first and foremost I think ie 10 Kgs lower and running up to 5 Klm a day >> was there less than 8 months ago..
