Can't put it any simpler than that..
Got back from month overseas yesterday and weighed in this morning at 112.1 Kgs (official start) after a high of 113.5 Kgs late last night..
There's now just NO excuses.. normally I leave it a couple of weeks to "prove" I am on the right track (yeah right!
by losing a few Kilo's before coming on here but from today I am going to be brutally honest with myself and everyone here, I need the accountability!
I'm not down, in fact have just had a bloody great time away but the rot has to stop!
112 Kg is my highest EVER.. I didn't record but must have hovered 105-110 Kgs in early 2000's and then in Sept 2007 I started at 107 Kgs and got down to circa 78 Kgs after about six months so I know I can do this..
Past couple of years I have gone from 90 to breaking through the 110 so just NOT good!
Goals? Well we will see..
Step 1 is get through next few weeks and head to <100 Kgs
Going away again on Good Friday for 2 weeks - so would settle for say 95 Kgs by then which is more than doable
Then sub 90 and ultimately sub 80.. people say I looked "gaunt" at 78 Kgs so 80-82 is probably my ideal but right now and here I am going to set my goal at 79.9 and then take it from there.. Maybe I will refine goal as I go along but there it is by (say) July 1st
32.2 Kgs to lose and it sounds a life time away at this very moment but it's a realistic target considering my prior..
So from today healthy living and away with all my snacks, choccies, you name it! Will alawy myself a "few" beers along the way or else it is a non starter but all other 'naughties' are out for six months as of now! - will also tell you in Confessions if I break any of this..
Oh yeah and Exercise starts from today - I'm not a big one on this so it won't be stupid but I do and have had my moments.. I'm incredibly strong willed when I want/need to be and have always been mentally fit even when not physically fit so I have to get back into this zone again.
Anyway hope a few of the oldies can support me through this and hope to liase with a few of the newies as well.
My previous is out there somewhere so the oldies (from 2007/08) know I have it in me, I just got to get back to some of those old habits.
