Well JP...you have done the hardest bit in restarting again - standing up and making yourself accountable again. That shows character! 8)

Welcome back, JP, it's so good to see you

What's done is done, no judgement coming from here, I know a thing or two about losing the plot  Take it easy and just work on small changes for the moment, no point in stressing yourself out and making everything too hard for yourself. You will get back there, I just know it! You've done it before and can again. Let a new journey begin ;)

Cheers Kim, I have a problem obviously, it's not serious as in life threatening or whatever and l place it at relatively low importance in my life having never been seriously overweight but its a problem nonetheless.. Anyway thanks for your best wishes and I'll try to get back in a zone I am comfortable with and just take the next few weeks/months as they come, I really can't promise any more and especially in the long run but I can promise I am determined to get back to 80 odd within the next six months..

Doing good JP! Hovering around 89.8kg at the moment. Had a blow out over the weekend but back on the straight and narrow this week :)

I couldn't agree more, we seem to be on the same page and can definitely support one another through the months ahead, I have no doubt about that! Looking forward to getting back in action with awesome people by my side! :)

That's what it is in a nutshell!
Holding on and not getting complacent.
And working it each day at a time and stringing those days together. 8)
