Anyway thanks for your best wishes and I'll try to get back in a zone I am comfortable with and just take the next few weeks/months as they come, I really can't promise any more and especially in the long run but I can promise I am determined to get back to 80 odd within the next six months..

That is maybe why I didn't waiver too much in my weight loss journey...I was so big there was no pretending any more that everything was hunky dory. It was life or death in my mind. One of my big concerns was that I might drop dead from the effort (that irony wasn't lost on me) rather than the super obesity!

Weight loss is a "Pearl of Great Price" (Matthew 13:45,46). You have to be prepared to spend what it takes to possess it. It can't just be a wish nor a want - but a must.
A changed healthy lifestyle comes at a cost. You have to make up in your mind that the benefit is worth far more than the cost.

Get back into that zone. Taste success again and grab that better future!

JP you've done very well, and considering that it has been (as you say) topsy turvy, you've still managed to done an exemplary job at getting to where you are 12 months on!!! Pat yourself on the back man, you deserve it!!! 8)
