You are right Tams...I should have mentioned it before.
Also - just being sick will alter the burn rate/ holding weight rate.
Lots of fluid retention happening naturally as the body stores it up to help it combat the wounds and sickness.
...yet another reason to take a long view of the situation.
My tracking is pretty predictable.
Largely because I don't have too many variables in my life.
I eat much the same, lead a consistent lifestyle and exercise much the same each day.
Also I've been a student of my body for a few years now and have gotten to know it's ins and outs.
So that when illness strikes or unexpected variable in life occurs I pretty well know what to expect - and how to cope.
