You are right Tams...I should have mentioned it before.
Also - just being sick will alter the burn rate/ holding weight rate.
Lots of fluid retention happening naturally as the body stores it up to help it combat the wounds and sickness.
...yet another reason to take a long view of the situation. 8)

My tracking is pretty predictable.
Largely because I don't have too many variables in my life.
I eat much the same, lead a consistent lifestyle and exercise much the same each day.
Also I've been a student of my body for a few years now and have gotten to know it's ins and outs.
So that when illness strikes or unexpected variable in life occurs I pretty well know what to expect - and how to cope.

Not a bad result Tams.
This looks like one of those "holding" weeks where the body is playing catch up.
My prediction is that if you hold the faith you will have a very good week next week. :D

Good work yet again. 8)

It's not easy doing it sick but keeping it in the 62's is an excellent effort. 8)
You'll get a good bounce once you recover and the numbers will look even better.
You impress me with your tenacity and accountability...excellent job Tams! :D

Sounds like you strayed this week a bit. :(
Never mind...if the horse bucks you off - climb back on straight away and show it who's boss! :D
It could have been a lot worse...now make the next week count for good. 8)

Oh Tams, I'd think it was almost funny - your constant figures of 62s but trust me, I'm feeling your pain!!
I have been hovering in the low 63s for MONTHS now!!!
Don't lose faith, I know you'll be okay, we both will.....keep going you're doing fine, even little blow outs like this last week is nothing to worry about, in fact it may be just the right change to boost your body's push to rid itself of a few kilos!!! It's a good thing to give the body a shock occasionally, get it kick started back into action mode!!!
