Yeah, I don't get too worried about fluctuations...unless I deserved to pack it on through poor eating!

I think I might have lost some muscle since my last competition, because I definitely don't look or feel the same. So the scales once again are not telling the whole story and there is soft squidginess to lose - and in perfect honesty, my post comp diet was a LOT different (probably also cause I got sick for so long). The number of red frogs and chocolate, if I collate it in my mind, is a staggering mountain (I need to remember the image)!! Also my training is not as hard at the moment, simply because im in the choreography stage...once I get it all, then I start to work on speed, technique, endurance etc and that's when all dancers tend to lose.

But first things first - I'm fixing my diet. Today is day three of completely healthy eating :)

Fair enough Tams, but hey don't push it too much, especially if you're still (even slightly) not fully recovered. You don't want to come close to being 100% better only to run yourself into the ground by exerting yourself; do be kind to your body, it's taken a beating with being ill. A little TLC won't hurt, as long as it (your body) doesn't get too used to it, and the TLC turns into PCM (permanent couch mode)!!!

There is a good chance that you may have lost a bit of muscle condition through inactivity while you were sick. The good news is that all will return with very little effort now. Before you were making the muscle...now you are strengthening the muscle...a shorter process. 8)

No doubt about it Tams, 61.1 (ok well, 61-ish) doesn't want to be separated from you, and maybe this is where your body is the most content???
Glad you're feeling better, happier and back on track which is always a good thing!!! :D

Steady as a rock or what?
Very impressive...in my last seven weekly weigh ins - none of the numbers were repeats in any part of those weeks!
Great job Tams! :)

I wouldn't worry too much about it. Heck...I put on 0.4kg from yesterday and many a day I've done worse!
You are still managing to keep it in the 61's - all good! :D

Anything within 1-2 kilos is still a fluctuation as far as I'm concerned - and that is daily!

Very good result Tam...doing it with style. 8)

Lol DD Diva - I love your excitement for me!! But I'm afraid it is a fluctuation until proved otherwise by consistent weigh ins... yesterday was 61.2, today was 60.6, so the verdict is still not in. Let's see next weigh-in day!

Well, until you prove it otherwise Tams, I'll stick to treating it as a loss!!! :D
