That has some info on my Journey so far.
To sum it up, I was 132.5kg just over a year ago. I started losing weight just through better eating, and a tiny bit more walking. By October 2013 I had dropped to 118kg without even really trying.
I decided on around 7th October after a relationship break up, enough is enough and off I went.
4 Months later I weighed 78.2kg, a 40kg loss in that time.
Just month ago I had let myself go again, I weighed in at 100kg around the last week of May. I then hit 79.6kg on June 19th. Had a minor lapse and enjoy a bit to much food, and hit 83 Kg a week ago, have now settled again and now as of this morning weigh 80 Kg. Will be back under 80 Kg tomorrow morning no doubt.
I have decided I want to be 75 Kg, even though it is probably on the too skinny side. When I reach that goal, if I can (not sure how much I have to actually lose), I want to maintain weight by still having a 500 Calorie deficit each day, and allow myself ONE take out per week. I will at least do 5km jog every night as well. I do not want to live my life on rabbit food, so this is why I figured if I maintain a small deficit every day and allow only ONE meal per week off, I should not gain weight by the mathematics I have calculated.
