I introduced myself here
viewtopic.php?f=15&t=31186

That has some info on my Journey so far.

To sum it up, I was 132.5kg just over a year ago. I started losing weight just through better eating, and a tiny bit more walking. By October 2013 I had dropped to 118kg without even really trying.
I decided on around 7th October after a relationship break up, enough is enough and off I went.
4 Months later I weighed 78.2kg, a 40kg loss in that time.

Just month ago I had let myself go again, I weighed in at 100kg around the last week of May. I then hit 79.6kg on June 19th. Had a minor lapse and enjoy a bit to much food, and hit 83 Kg a week ago, have now settled again and now as of this morning weigh 80 Kg. Will be back under 80 Kg tomorrow morning no doubt.

I have decided I want to be 75 Kg, even though it is probably on the too skinny side. When I reach that goal, if I can (not sure how much I have to actually lose), I want to maintain weight by still having a 500 Calorie deficit each day, and allow myself ONE take out per week. I will at least do 5km jog every night as well. I do not want to live my life on rabbit food, so this is why I figured if I maintain a small deficit every day and allow only ONE meal per week off, I should not gain weight by the mathematics I have calculated.

I will keep people informed on my progress.

Signature is updated, which I will do daily.

Sounds like you needed a "recovery" day anyway. The body knows...always listen to it. 8)

I can do one online I guess.

Just got to work out what to eat etc, I will no longer need to restrict my food intake as I have been.

Might be able to enjoy a subway 6inch!! lol.

I know I can maintain weight as long as I do not eat more than I burn, my body does not seem fussed if I eat more carbs. just have to eat equal or slightly less than I burn.

Should be able to eat 2000 Calories a day and not gain any weight.

Yeah I am. Getting closer and closer to my goal. As said previously, 75kg could be out of reach but we will see, I am well within a healthy body weight as it is now.

For anyone who has lost weight, how is the lose skin around belly? Mine sags a little, but not to bad, but because it is not tight skin, the little bit of fat I do have sits there quite evidently and extrudes beyond my belt on my jeans a tad.

I may never get rid of it no matter how much I lose??

That little bit of fat that you write about isn't probably isn't fat. That's just loose skin (and maybe a small amount of residue fat). Towards the end of my journey I had a small soccer ball's worth of what I thought was gut fat. I couldn't figure why it hadn't disappeared when everywhere else I was rake thin. Then finally the penny dropped - it wasn't fat at all...it was mostly loose skin. It looks a lot like wobbly fat that's all.
