Nice one Andy!!!
I don't often get drunk, in fact, I can probably count on one hand the number of times I've been really pickled....and though rare I remember the seedy feeling only too well!!1  And to have done what you've listed there, is nothing short of AMAZING....I'd have considered miraculous and with the aid of divine intervention to have got from the couch to the bathroom door!!!

Thanks guys..

Hard to estimate Calorie intake over night, but I am guessing since I had Kabana, Cheese, Dip, Biscuits, Mars Cookies, Tim Tams and Alcohol. I would Estimate my day at 10,000 Calories, CRAZY!!

I burned 3200 Yesterday. That is 6800 in Excess.

6800 Calories = .95kg Gain.

3200 Burned today with very very light food amounts (stomach acid playing up so not much I can do.

Consumed Today 900.

2100 Calories burned in excess = 300gram loss.

Weighed 79.65 This morning.

So should be 79.35kg Tomorrow Morning.

But we all know the Body does not work that way...

That is wrong..

Yesterday 78.35kg
Today 79.65
Result = 1.30kg Gain

But I only ate enough food to gain .95kg, so .35kg in excess food etc..

That will be gone tomorrow.

Estimated Weight Tomorrow morning = 79kg on the DOT!

Thank you..

It is a basic formula, count your calories, estimate what you burn, and burn more per day than you eat...If you have an event where you know you will eat more, factor that in but over a period of a week.

I am not sure what weight I want to stop at.

Last week or so my cravings are bad, I am fatigued and even light headed several times, I near collapsed at work.

Is that what you mean?

Yes that's your body's way of telling you to stop, or at least slow down. You cannot keep going as you have been, you're risking your health!!!
The cravings are the result of your body's survival mechanics kicking into gear because it thinks you're going to starve it.

When I was 76.6kg many years ago I use to have body fat % tests, at that weight I had 10% body fat.

You're older now, and as you age your body mass index needs to adjust accordingly.

Do not take the light headedness as a passing phase, if you continue this restrictive eating and ramped up exercise regime your body will fight you until you back off. The worst case scenario could be as serious as coronary arrest, the best case, severe fatigue requiring bed rest.

Either way, you need to reassess your current situation carefully, and seek a doctors opinion on those headaches!!

I can beat that...I've never been drunk in my entire life!

My first rule of weight loss: Always listen to your body - push it but never break it!
Your body is telling you clearly to back off. It doesn't necessary mean stop losing weight but it is saying is stop pushing so hard. Rest it and give it a chance to recover. Elite athletics know enough that you can't train every day at top flight. The go easy days are just as important as the go hard days.
Weight loss is a marathon not a sprint...if you don't pace yourself you will hit "the wall".
