So what can I say apart from I took a year out.. :roll:

For a variety of reasons I've had to wait until now to start but here we go again..

Same old same old to start with exercise and diet wise and then see where I'm headed..

First target 98Kgs by April 12th..

And they're off..

Quick first day update..

Ate healthily all day and an 8k walk this evening..

Current :105 Kg (17 May 2019)
Lows : 78.4 Kg (20 May 2008) : 87.4 Kg (on 16 Dec in both 2009 & 2010) : 82.9 Kg (14 Apr 2011) : 87.1 Kg (4 Jul 2011) : 90.5 Kg (14 Jul 2014) : 99.2 Kg (31 May 2016) : 104.7 Kg (10 May 2019)

Day 2 :

Brekky : 2 crushed weetabix with peach slices and low fat milk..

Morning snack : medium banana..

Lunch : Tuna salad with avocado, cucumber,tomato and thin sliced apple.. dose of lite salad cream.. graps to finish..

Drinks at work : 1.2L of water at work, once a day coffee..

Tonight : Dinner TBA, more water and nitely 8k walk..

glad to get rid of the shackles of the 110's.. and have lost 3Kg's in 3 days but know these are the easy yards.. just got to keep going, one day at a time..

107 Kg was my original high in 2007, depressing enough thinking I have stomped all over this turf before :? but anyway sub 107 is my first aim..

Huge storm up here this evening stopped me going for my work so I waited a couple of hours and then went.. Unfortunately it hadn't stopped and I got absolutely drenched.. But happy to have done my exercise regardless..

Dinner tonight was salmon and assorted oven cooked vegetable..

Slept in until now this morning after a tiring week.. Usually w/ends would be fraught with dangers but I've purposely planned this one to be a quiet one with nothing on, just got to hope none of the boys turn up with beers 8) but I'm going to try to last as long as possible without one so lm pretty sure my resistance will be high to any temptation.. This afternoon I am going for a nice long walk down by the beach..

More rain but more of the same today

Today was the first time I didn't drop weight in last week or so.. the easy stuff has finished and I'm into the hard yards now.. next couple of weeks will make or break my campaign, too many times in the past these couple of weeks when it gets tougher finishes me off as my motivation wanes.. I'm aware its coming up though and determined to fight through til I have a month down..
