I'm not sure if anyone used this forum any more, but having somewhere to track my daily progress has always been the key to my successfully losing weight and keeping it off.

After a terrible year, I am here in 2018 starting afresh. With a new job and new house, I'm hoping this year will be a positive one with a lot of great stuff in store.

While I find weighing myself to be off-putting, I know I'd like to lose 15kg. Instead I plan on tracking my cumulative daily caloric defect until I feel I'm at a comfortable point to weight myself.

GW: 53kg

Height: 5'3"

Daily Maintenance Calories: 1,600
Daily Calorie Intake Goal: 1,000-1,200

Total calories I need to burn to lose 15kg: 118,500 kcal

Bad start - went to maccas for breakfast, then the pub for dinner! Made healthy choices though, so could be far worse.

Sausage McMuffin - 300kcal
Salad Sandwich - 250kcal
Hallumi and Pastrami Salad - 400kcal
Icy Pole Ice Cream - 45kcal
Instant Coffee - 25kcal

Total: 1020kcal
Calories burned: 1600-1020 = 580kcal

Yeah a maccas breakfast again.. But I am choosing something that fits within the goal!

Asian Noodle Salad - 225kcal
Earl Grey Tea + Milk - 30kcal
4x Kangaroo Sausages (250kcal) + Salad - 350kcal
Coffee Milk - 100kcal

Total: 1005/1600kcal = 595kcal deficit

Cumulative Calories Burned: 1175kcal

Going out for dinner and a movie tonight so I'm going to get myself a jumbo diet coke to enjoy through the movie! :)
Not sure what's happening for dinner though... Aiming for Subway though - their veggie subs are always tasty.

Veggie Delight Sub - 230kcal
Jumbo Diet Coke - 5kcal (?)
3x Coffee - 75kcal

Total: 1000/1600kcal = 600kcal deficit
