Lows : 78.4 Kg (20 May 2008) : 87.4 Kg (on 16 Dec in both 2009 & 2010) : 82.9 Kg (14 Apr 2011) : 87.1 Kg (4 Jul 2011) : 90.5 Kg (14 Jul 2014) : 99.2 Kg (31 May 2016) : 104.7 Kg (10 May 2019)

Been in the range 102-108 Kg for the past twelve months or so but back in the saddle for an attempt again at the 90’s. Think l will just aim for sub 100 in the first instance and see where it goes from there. First 4 or 5 weeks is important, it’s usually after a couple of weeks that complacency sets in.

So the plan is; an hour walk per days, cutdown on all crappy foods.. it’s worked in the past and l will take it from there, just about to go on a walk down the beach, nice weather for it so no excuses.. laterz..

Finished up with 5 walks of over 1 hour duration over the weekend so l am off to a good start. Healthy eating throughout and no temptations as of yet..

Welcome back, JP. Just grit your teeth and persevere. I also had a setback which I'm now fixing up. Statistically, a lot of people who lose weight put it back on and give up. We're not in that "give up" group!

Yeah I don't ever just give up completely but have to be in the right place to actually motivate myself into actually doing something about it.

This morning was the first day I haven't lost weight ( it's only been 4/5 days :lol: ) but that initial start when you lose quite a bit probably through water evaporation, well I've passed it so the hard yards start now.

First official weigh in on Friday.

another few 000's of kgs she the last few days, still motivated on bang on schedule diet and exercise wise, be back tomorrow for weekly weigh in..

105Kg today, not the greatest of weeks for me, weather and work been horrendous but no excuses, need to do better..
