I've had a bit of a backward step putting on almost a kilo this week. I've been lazy with exercise because of the hot weather and not wanting to go walking or exercise in the heat.
I had a carb craze and went out and bought myself some hot chips and deep fried calamari!
To try and solve my lack of motivation, I'm moving my exercise bike into the lounge where the fan and airconditioner are so even if it is hot i can exercise in the cool.
Plus i'm back on my protein shakes now and I'm adding crushed ice in with the milk so they taste like a cool vanilla milkshake! Hopefully i'm back on track by next week!
