Woohoo, I weighed in this morning at 57.9kg so I am now officially at my goal weight!!!

I just can't believe that I'm finally here, now what?!?! I guess I have to sit down and work out how many kilojoules to eat now and build it up slowly. Eek, I'm scared!!!!

Thanks guys for all your support over the past 6 months for the last leg of my journey, I could NOT have done it without you all!!!

Em xoxo

That's fantastic Em. Not only have you surpassed your original goal, you got to your new one in just two weeks. I hope you feel damn proud of yourself - you are an inspiration to so many here, especially me. Now I'm off for a run as it's time for me to get out of my plateau phase and hit it again so I can join you on maintenance in about 2-3 months :D
Just keep moving! And don't be lazy...

15kg gained again (as at October 2010).

Thanks heaps Liz :D I'm very proud of my efforts! I'm not over in the Maintenance section just yet, trying to work out a bit of a plan for myself to keep on track!! I'm not really sure how to go about this whole maintenance thing, at the moment I'm just gradually increasing my kilojoule intake!!

The job is good!! Loving the money too!! How is it all going with you??

Hi all :)

Well I haven't really been posting lately, there hasn't been a whole lot going on! I'm not over in the maintenance area yet because I'm still gradually increasing my kilojoules so once I work out how many kilojoules I'll be having, I'll set up a topic over there :)
Had a minor freakout on Sunday morning when I weighed in at 58.3kg, was wondering how the hell I'd managed to put on half a kilo, then realised it was my bloating week (TTOM) and I was also on antibiotics that make me bloat AND had thrush from the antibiotics (oh how glorious!) Anywhoo I decided to leave it a few days to let the bloating go away and weighed in this morning at 57.9kg so all is fine :)

Work has been good, nothing much to report there! I have about 4 weeks left on my contract, and have applied for a job as "Massage Careers Advisor" at the place I study, so fingers crossed for that one cos I sooo want the job! It's really close to home, I know all the people there and the atmosphere is fantastic! Plus I'd be working in an industry I love.

I've not been very well lately, sinusitis and this week I've managed to catch the cold/flu that's been going round the office, grr. So had to miss out on gym tonight :( Boo! :( I feel soo lazy!

Weell that's about it from me. Hope you are all well :)
Em xoxo

luck!!! luck!!!

oh on oprah the other day they were showing these nose bidday (sp?) things that you clean your sinus' out with. have you seen them? apparently they work really well and the water is in a watering can thing and you tip it up your nose. might help your sinus!
