Well I think I have had a pretty good week and a good weekend, with plenty of gold stars on my calendar.

I am feelling great but the scales didnt look great this morning.

I will wait untill official weigh in tonight but I am not confident of a good result.

Luckily though I did start measuring again last week and when the scales didnt look great this morning I dashed into the spare room to grab a tape measure. I have definately lost centimeters so that will be enough.

You're doing so well Tree, don't give up if the scales don't reflect it. Maybe those scales are broken? If you're feeling great and the tape measure is showing the inches coming off, then you're doing the right thing. Keep it up :D

Well sadly at the 'official weigh in" I gained .4 kg.

I am a little dissapointed but am sure this is because of TTOTM etc.
I am not going to let it bother me as I lost cm and that is more important.

I will just have to have a super good week this week. I am travelling for 2 days this week for work so it will be extra challenging but I have packed my sneakers and workout gear in my case. I am determined to use the gym at the hotel at least once.

Well done Tree. You are toning up which is very important. And I bet next week there will be a loss mate.

Well what a challenging week of ups and downs this has been!!

Away for work for 2 days - hard to stick to points :(
Used the hotel gym :)
Brothers engagement party - stayed away from the booze :)
Tempted by nibbles and party food :(
BBQ on Australia day with friends - had a great time :)
Drank lots of vodka :D :D :D
Ate too much rubbish :(
Played golf this morning :)
Hung over and snacking on junky leftovers today :(

Feeling bloated and grotty - definately not a good end to a week where I needed to be extra good. Oh well. 2 days left until official weigh in I think I can still make up the lost ground. I might have to go and empty the fridge of all leftovers - if I dont put them in the bin I know I will eat them.

Sounds like a mixed bag of a week tree :) You made some great choices so well done for them! And the stuff you're not so sure about - it's all good :) Great idea for emptying the fridge of the leftovers, it's best to just remove all temptation!!

It's a fresh week coming up so chin up and just keep going :D Let us know how the weigh in goes :)

Well official weigh in last night and I stayed exactly the same as last week. I have to say that I am not unhappy with that result as I did not have a great week. I did measure again and lost more cm's so I am very happy with that.

On we go to next week! No travelling or big social committments this week so it should be pretty easy to keep on track.
