Well. I am just not sure about this week. As usual I have had no problems meeting my goal of at least 30 mins excersize everyday, but not a great week "points-wise" not too many gold stars this week.

I am feeling really good, fit and happy but I am not sure that the scales will show a good result.

I had a period last year where I dropped a whole dress size but hardly anything on the scales - maybe that will happen again. I wouldnt be unhappy with that but cant help feeling a little ripped off when i work so hard and dont see it on the scales.

But I know its all about the numbers - calories in and calories out!
I also know that its just pure laziness when I dont bother to weigh, measure and count my food before I eat it. Then I sit down later in the day to work it out and realise that I have already blown my points for the day.

I just cant expect to be lazy with that and not pay for it on the scales.

never mind tree you can only do your best. i like how each week you can evaluate what you should change and so on. my weight goes up and down all the time and it can get quite frustrating. all i know is that i have tried my best each week and thats all i can expect of myself.

OK officially frustrated!

Had the official weigh in last night and according to my mums scales I was 89.4kg - a gain of .4 not happy but I will accept it.

Went straight home and weighed on my scales - 88.6kg !!!
I can accept a small difference but - nearly a kilo!! Bloody annoying!! :x

Anyway - I have decided to take the lower number ( I deserve it )and I am changing official weigh in to Saturday morning on my scales - much newer and better than the dodgy ones at mums.

Travelling again for work this week but I am determined that this will be a good week for me. I have my workout gear and will be making use of the hotel facilities and loaded my case up with fruit before I left home.

Well after Saturday Morning Naked Weigh In - 85.6kg. :D
I am very happy with this number I feel like I had a good week - plenty of excercize and plenty of gold stars.

This looks like a big drop from the last score of 88.6 but that was fully clothed and at night time. Last week at SMNWI I was 86.00 So I will take my loss this week as .4kg.

Well on track for my goal of .5kg per week until 11 June. :)

Crazy week! Not many gold stars but plenty of excercize.
No change in the weight but it is week before TTOTM.
Still sticking to the plan of no grog. Boring but I know it will keep me on the straight and narrow.

Well I havent been on line for a while.

Work has been crazy and lots of things going on here. I have stuck to my excercize goals really well but not to many gold stars on the calendar.

Weight is basically the same but wobbly tummy is slowly shrinking.

I have been reading a book that has made me re-think the whole thing about depriving yourself of food and the psychological issues involved in it. I will post a page in the general discussion area with some info.

Jumped on the scales this morning for first weigh in for a while - 85.2kg. Happy with this.

Eating has been good. Excercise has been good.
