I weighed in today at my mums and the scales said 84kg . I nearly feel over. A 10 kilo gain in a few months is huge...
So tommorrow I am going food shopping and am going to buy lots of healthy foods.
I am feeling positive about it now I weighed and seen that number again

I have gone ok today so far.. I made a light ham and salad wrap for lunch, and I put on helps of salad.

I did though have 2 party sizes chcolate snacks while we were shopping. But I have allowed myself 3 snacks for the week and thats 2 gone :)

Tonight we are having a beef curry so I hope I can eat a good amount and not to much because dinner is always my problem

Great to hear that you're going well! At least those were party sized chocolates and not king sized!! Or even normal sized. That's a good idea to have a limit for treats for yourself, so that you don't feel deprived. Those funsized choccies are a great size!

Keep going with it and good luck :) Looking forward to hearing how you are going some more.

I cheat when I make curry and use the curry paste from the store. Then add in onions and the meat, normally only a small amount of meat, much to Frank's disgust!!! And load of carrots, peas, corn and potato. And I always put a small can of coconut cream in, along with water. And to thicken I make a small amount of cornflour paste and stir that in. Bewdiful!!! I like the vegies in it. I tend to dish myself more vegies than meat. And I always have it with rice and pappadums!!! Extremely naughty that bit but I cook them in the microwave so I don't know that they are that bad for you.

ive been having my curries with mashed potato and i hate coconut! lol so i just use curry powder and thicken it with cornflour- it takes me awhile to get used to cooking new things!

I used to use the curry power too Kate but I reckon the paste is better. You just put it in with the meat and onion. And I never used to use coconut either but I think it gives it a better taste. But if you don't like it then the cornflour is great. Gravox is something else I have used at times as well. Now I have a hankering for a curry for tea tonight!!! Might see if I have some chicken breasts in the freezer and make a green chicken curry. Got some green paste in the cupboard. That sounds lovely doesn't it!!!

Hey Rochelle is that like the green curry paste or is it different?? Your curry recipe sounds yum!! Papadums are alright if you microwave them, I think it is only when you deep fry them in oil that they become a problem....what are they like as I have only heard about them when I used to WW years ago and have never actually tried them!
