Yeah I know, its just disapointing to know I did it. I am sure when my stomach settles from it I wont put on any weight well thats if I eat great this week with no treats :oops:

Dont worry about it too much Mel. What's done is done and just get back to being good again! And next time you feel like having a pig out session think about how you felt this last time. Try to remember that. I always have good advice but never follow it myself....hhmmm I wonder why!!! :?

Gee its hard to get back into ti when you have a few days off isnt it?

I could be doing alot better but I am not doing to bad I suppose. I maybe just feel like this because I am not walkin because of my foot.

I have also been a little upset the past week and I am a huge emtional eater, so I will have to stop snacking...

maybe post a food diary on here on day mel so some members can maybe offer you advice as to whether you are doing well or need to make some changes? just a thought!

Thanks Kate, I will start doing that. I weighed myself just a minute ago and was back to 79. Ok it was 79.8 but hey its a different diget hey :D Plus if I get back into the 70's then thats my first mini goal achieved :D So fingers crossed for myw eigh in tommorrow

Going to work now so I will let you know how I go tonight :D Have a good day

YAY for me.

I have reached my first goal and got back into my 70's. I kwnow its a "just" but I am still there :D :D :D

So My next goal will be to get back to 77kg which was my wedding weight.
