OH no I weighed this morning and it was 80.4lg. I was kind of expecting it though becuase of a few reasons. I have been so busy this week, alot of stress at work (and I mean alot) and I am ovulating which always makes me bloated.
I am having a party today so I am not going to count my weigh in offically which is normally tommorrow... A cop out I know but I would rather forget this week so I dont want to add a plus not a minus...

I am going to be good over the long weekend and next week so I can be back in the 70's

I wonder if I put on this week because I didnt write down what I had eaten and I also didnt come on here at all

Hi Mel. Don't stress too much, there's lot's of reasons why the scales go up and down. I'm sure that you'll have a great result next week :D

I had a good day today, although I should have exercised but I have had a tummy bug for a few days now so I dont have much energy.

I will try and walk the dog tommorrow though just to get moving. I havnt been watching what I eat for the past 2 weeks and have put on 2 kilos... Amazed, its so amaxing how you put on weight when you dont right it down or take note.

Feeling good about today though

After I posted last night I had a milo made with skim milkk but I figured it was dairy lol so it was ok.

I have done ok today. I still gotta eat my fruit soon but just got back from my walk so cooling down first.

Today I was so pleased with myself, my friend who cooked at work today made me a bowl of pasta with pasta and sauce. I took 2 spoonfuls of it and thought, "no I have salad in the frigde and I wont feel bad for eating that" so I stopped eating it and had a salad roll instead.
Although I did have 5 milk arroroot biscuts she made...

Apart from that I been really good. Were having fish and ww wedges for dinner tonight. Yum

I am not to happy with how I went today :? I think I had to many carbs and feel really bad about not eating enough fruit.

I am feeling like I cant do this again and I cant seem to get back into the excersie
