Sorry you are still sick Mel, I know the last thing you want to do is eat but as Kate said be careful your body doesn't go into starvation mode.

My dinner was a decent size so i think that made up for it lol. Back at work today so thats going to be interesting :?

I did ok today but to many crabs. I really couldnt be bothered making meals and I didnt really feel like anything to eat.

This is what I had

breakfast- crumpets
lunch- tuna pasta
afternoon tea- cashews
dinner- toasted sandwhiches

water- 1.5 liters

excerise- none still sick

Thanks Kate that what i thought.

Today because I am still abotu sick I still couldnt really be bothered cooking or eating so this is what I had.

Breakfast- nothing I really could not stomach anything
morning tea- nothing
lunch- 2 chesse and tomato toasted sanwhiches
afternoon tea- 1/2 a roll
dinner- ww wedges and a fish burger.

Yeah I know theres heaps of carbs and no fruit. But with out cupboards the way they look well theres no chance of anything eles lol

I am actually not to sure about how I went today... I would love some feedback

breakfast-sustain
morning tea- apple crumble with the kids
lunch- ham and salad roll
afternoon tea- few pieces of apple and a la snack
dinner- cashew and chicken salad
dessert- a light hot choc with 2 tspoons milo

water- 1.5 liters

excerise- 25 min walk

hey milo....it depends on how much of each thing you had mate...like with the sustain, how much did you have?? same as with your dinner choices etc...it would help to know how much of what that you are having!! Was the apple crumble a weight-loss friendly one?? all those things factor in, but on the surface it seems pretty much okies!!

I thought it all sounded pretty good Mel, nothing majorally out of line. But like Ally says, it's all about oprtion control, right? If you only had a kid sized serve of apple crumble I'm sure you'd be okay - but half a kilo of crumble might stay a while on your hips.

Today I ate take away for lunch and dinner :( Something upset me today so I needed comfort food so I got chips.

This is how I went today, I hope it doesnt stuff up my weigh in on friday

lunch- sm spring roll and chips
dinner- subway
dessert - hot choc

I am not happpy with this at all

I forgot to say i drank 1.5 -2 liters if water and rode the excerise bike for 25 min
