from memory i think spring rolls are pretty bad because the pastry is thin they absorb alot of fat, but tomorrow is a new day and u can do whatever it takes to make it better :)

Today I did great but had dessert which I am not to worried about. We went to the inlaws and she had my favourite so I couldnt say no...

And I was so proud of myself when I turned down Macers when nearly all the other girls had it.

Breakfast- sustain
morning tea-musli bar
lunch- 1/2 chicken and chesse sandwhich and fruit salad with orabge apple and a banana
afternoon tea- apple
dinner- chicken salad and a dinner roll
dessert- apple slice and light ice cream

water- 1.5 liters

excerise- none today :x

MEL - GET ON YER BIKE!!! lol

Het, that was pretty good. Especially if you kept the dessert portion reasonable. After all, this is a complete change in your lifestyle - not a deprivation diet. You're doing great Mel.

I was so busy at work today, I didnt have any time to eat. Infact I didnt even realise. At lunch time I was starving and couldnt work out why but then I looked in my bag when I got home and If forgot to eat my breakfast.

Breakfast- nothing
Lunch- brocili and spag bowl
dinner- a bread roll

I am having a few drinks tonight. After the day at work I deserve it.

Hey all, I havnt been on here for a while. I weighed myself this morning and I am down to 78.8kg. My god thats 1.5 kilos in a week.. I know why though I just have not been hungry and when I do eat its in small amounts. I havnt been having much dinner either. I dont know why. Just not hungry... But hell I am happy to be closer to my goal
