afternoon tea- 3 ww cruskits
dinner- while dinner was cooking had a hanful of nuts, chicken and ww wedges
dessert- millo

Actually maybe it wasnt that good aferall?

Hi Kim, yeah it helps me but I am not to sure if I actually do change anything really. Like the past 3 days I have had hot chips for lunch. This week I was on my break at 3 pm so by the time my break had come around I really could not be bothered to make anything, so the take away shop down the road was the eaiest option.

I am not going to excerise for this week I dont think beause I have this rash under my arm pit and it really irratates me so I dont want to get it sweaty or anything. I will do heaps of sit ups etc but nothing which will make me sweat coz it get itchy really badly.

Today I have tried to eat well, its really hard.... Especially having a bad 3 days I am trying to not to worry about going back over 80kg.

Today I have had so far

breakfast- raison toast
morning tea- shared seasme snaps with my dh, I had 1.5 of it.
lunch- chicken and salad wrap
afternoon tea- netren
dinner- it will be chicken sausages and wedges I think

Hi milo just a tip about your arm pit....now I know this sounds bizarre but it does work...place a sanitary napkin under your arm, peel the sticky off and it will find a comfy place to stick to!! Trust me it works and they are great for drawing away any sweat to help keep it dry!! Just make sure they don't have the blue liners or it will irritate it more.
