Ok I might as well start this and keep myself accountable afternoons are my hungriest time thats for sure. But I am way under points today which is good as we are going out for tea tomorrow, so need to be good tomorrow too
Ok start weight here on this forum is: 74.5 kilos I weigh in on thurs so I will keep track here too....
well I have had my special K this morning (1.5 points) and milk (.5 points) and plan to do my exercise dvd right after I put Aliera back to bed at 9am... so far so good, but it's only the start of the day LOL
Keep going Katie.....sometimes you have days when you literally have to take it one meal at a time!! don't stress too much!! Which exercise dvd do you have, if you don't mind me asking??

I have hotpants dvd and biggest loser dvd and a pilates dvd today I did biggest loser cardio and some heavy housework LOL I mean mopping and vaccuming which always works up a sweat!!!!
I had a shocker weekend... I guess it wasnt to bad but i did go over points!! we went out fri night then away sat then was out most of the day on sunday.. makes it a little harder cause i wasnt super organised!!
I am ok today though I find it hard to exercise on Mondays dont know why? BUt I will try to do some later... just cooking dinner at the moment
hotpants is good I used to work up more of a sweat but not so much anymore.... am thinking i need to shake my exercise plan up a bit!!! it is soooooooooooooooooooo HOT here today I am gonna do housework and then maybe go for a walk tonight when it gets cooler... if it does!!
That's great! The fact that you're not working up as much of a sweat means that you're getting fitter and your body is getting more used to exercise!
It's definitely a good idea to shake up the exercise plan every so often to 'shock' the body and keep it working hard!
well weigh in was today only lost 300 grams but I guess I lost so it's better than a gain!!
I am gonna be better this week I have been a bit slack so I went for a walk today it was great.. plan to get up early tomorrow and go for a 30 - 49 min walk
