I'm not sure where to start hre so i'll just put up the basics to begin with.
My weigh in days are Sundays. The next one will be the 14th/jan

Current Weight:
100.2 kg
Loss this week: 1 kg
Total Loss: 5.8 kg
Left to Lose: 20.2 kg
Starting Weight : 106.0 kg (26/9/06)
Goal Weight : 80.0 kg (probably less but one step at a time)

I usually set myself a few mini golas & a reward when i achieve it.
I just met my 5kg loss goal on sunday (and a bit more!)
And my reward was a haircut.

:!: My next mini goal for myself is : to exercise at least 4 times this week (im trying to run around an oval lol) so far i have 3 down and one to go :)

:!: And to weigh in at UNDER 100kg before my birthday (15th Jan)

My reward for doing both of these is to go out for dinner on my bithday to a great place i heard about in Adelaide. (and make healthy choices of course :wink: )

You are doing great Emily. You have a great plan and have set goals that you are likely to be able to achieve. Setting huge goals and not making it just puts us in line for disappointment and then potentially throwing the towel in. Well done mate!

Well done Emily on setting realistic goals for yourself. Sometimes that can make the difference between make or break I think. Nice work on the exercise....keep it up.

I have reached this goal! :D
Today was my 4th day.

Now i just have to wait until tommorow to see if i made my second one :?
I have to weigh in one day early as we are going away first thing sunday morn, and i don't really want to be out of bed let alone weighing myself at 3 am lol

I weighed in this morning, and i'm more than happy with the result!! :)

Current Weight: 99.0 kg
Loss this week: 1.2 kg
Total Loss: 7.0 kg
Left to Lose: 19.0 kg

Thats both of the weeks goals met (woohoo)

Next weeks goals
:!: Don't gain!
:!: 3 x 30min walks at least
