I'm not sure where to start hre so i'll just put up the basics to begin with.

Goal Weight :
80.0 kg (probably less but one step at a time)
I usually set myself a few mini golas & a reward when i achieve it.
I just met my 5kg loss goal on sunday (and a bit more!)
And my reward was a haircut.
My next mini goal for myself is : to exercise at least 4 times this week
(im trying to run around an oval lol) so far i have 3 down and one to go
And to weigh in at UNDER 100kg
before my birthday (15th Jan)
My reward for doing both of these is to go out for dinner on my bithday to a great place i heard about in Adelaide. (and make healthy choices of course
