I have felt horrible the whole time i was away, because i felt like i hadn't done any exercise! (despite all of the walking we did we hardly sat down) Plus we ate out about 3 times, but i tried to pick the meals wisely. However i did drink a normal coke and a packet of starburst gummi fruits because we thought i was having a hypo, i got really dizzy and weak
This arvo i waited for it to cool down and went back to the oval, played some fotty with hubby did my 5 laps(30 mins) walk around the oval and then did a 3/4 run. But am still feeling bad! arrgghh.
So thats one 30 min walk down and 2 to go
