I have completed my 4 x30 min walks already this week
Most pushing a pram and uphill!
I'm feeling extra energetic which is great! I just hope its lasts
I also received my DVD yesterday, so i tried out the one mile walk and i thought it was great! I'm going to try and do both the one and 2 mile walks tommorow while no one else is home lol
My hubby is finally back after a week away, so i am also looking forward to going for a long walk on my own with my mp3 player
