Phew! Todays weigh in : 95kg!
Thats 2.6 k'g lost from last week (i weighed in at 97.6!). I now think that i know the reason behind the extreme lack of motivation, the bad moods and the bad food cravings from last week.
I'm blaming PMS and think that last week i must have been REALLY bloated. However i did be extra good this weeK to make up for how bad i was last week.
Now to write last week off as a bad one and make sure the rest are good ones!
