Here I go ... on my weight-loss journey which I now know I can achieve.
From advice received already, I am breaking my desired weight-loss down into easy chunks of 5% each. 6kgs doesn't look as scary as 60!
Full-on exercise is out for me at the moment because of my size so it'll be walking shoes, IPod and me out pounding the paths around home. Not having a car also makes it a little easier to get in 'incidental' exercise too.
And I pledge not to eat any more take-away junk food, no more home delivered pizzas and only eat the best of the best of chocolate if the craving hits.
My mind is telling me that I now have the right mind-set. My heart is telling me that I have it in me to achieve my goals.
