I didnt eat breakfast today as we were having inerviews and thought it inappropriate for the candidates to see me eating.. so at lunch time i had my baked beans and saladas... THEN i decided i needed chocolate...

i got a fun size summer roll from our charity bin and was eating it... then i threw it out i only ate half!!!! i know this seems odd but i consider it to be a litle triumph because i did think to myself well ive started now i might as well eat it all. so i am very happy with my day so far.. now if i can add soem excercise i will be stoked!

Good on you Joan (is it Joan or Joanna? I am a bit confused). Every bit counts and even throwing something out unfinished is a triumph. It's all these things that seem little that can slowly change your habits.

well done :) i didnt do so well tonight, i had dinner at a friends and she still had some ice cream cake left from my bday and i had a chunk got half way through and thought ide had enough but ate it all anyway! it was still inside my calories for today but i didnt need it
its a big achievment when u notice little habbits youve changed through your weight loss
