I'm so proud of myself! :D

Since wanting to lose weight I have changed my life heaps. Instead of buying food at work (hungry jacks) I now bring a packed lunch consisting of two sandwiches and a bottle of water. Opposed to a big burger with lots of bacon, cheese and other stuff. And fries as well.

I now have a daily plan which I stick too. It ensures that I work out because I like sticking too it!

And I push myself hard while I work out. Instead of stopping just because I'm tired, I make sure I go that bit extra!

Thats awesome, it is the 'small' achievments that make the big goal not seem so far away. It sounds like you would be saving a fair bit of money on food to (T/A is expensive now). Maybe you should consider putting the money you would be spending on TA aside. $10 a (week)day would give you an extra $200 a month. Think about what you could buy with that!

That's fantastic, mate!!! Sounds like you've turned your life around and are doing so well with it. Congratulations for making these changes, especially when you get the fast food for free!!! Just think of how great you're going to look, and it will be easy to resist the fast food!
Well done :D

Ill join the band wagon here too Tom.
Well done for making a healthy choice for a happier future!

Working around food, especially bad food would be a very difficult temptation to overcome. Sounds to me like you are well on the way to being a stronger person when it comes to food!

Good going! Keep it up!

Cheers people. All this praise just makes me want to go further! It really works. :D

Here's a topic I made which will involve some changes I will soon make. You might find it useful! Link

Also, I did get some Take Away food tonight... Am I naughty? Nah I gave it to my mum! :D
