Well my weighing days is Monday and today is Monday. I didn't make this topic last week but last week I lost 2 KG. This week I lost 1.5 making me at 96.5KG. Not too good, not too bad. I hope to lose at least 2KG each week.

Keep up the good work but don't be disappointed if you don't lose 2kg per week - any loss is a good loss

You can make your own graph too. Just add the dates for your weightloss and you'll get it!

Hi Tom congrats on the weight loss....don't be too disappointed if you don't lose 2kg a week....this is a bit high and could set you up for a fall if you are relying on the scales going down by a certain amount each week. Just be happy that they are going down!!

Ahh, terrible week for me! I've been so lazy I hope I slap out of it next week.

I only lost .2 kg. :?

Also my weightloss chart stuffs up when I try to update. :(

Yeah Reckless, look at it this way, you didn't gain, so that is great! Be proud that you lost, slow and steady is the best route. Of course we all want to lose it at a faster pace, but remember the weight did not get on our bodies overnight, yet everbody would love to lose it fast! It gets depressing, I know to not see a dramatic change on the scale, but your body is adjusting and sometimes that does not show up on a scale, hence inches lost etc. But you just have to think positive and continue working hard at it and you will notice the scale and the downward slide someday soon. Keep at it...
