Although I'm unhappy with how slow its going and I have barely noticed a change in my appearance I have recieved alot of compliments from people.

My mum said about how loose a shirt is on me and at work a manager said its good when you have to go down in sizes. (I had to ask for smaller pants)

I'm now content with .5 or 1 kg per week, because at this rate it should only be 10 or so weeks to go.

Nowdays I don't eat any fast food besides the Grilled Chicken burger. No more ice creams from there (except on very rare occations) and no more fries or normal coke. And I eat alot healthier at home as well. I eat wholemeal bread and not white.

You really are doing well Tom and remember the health and fitness professionals say 1/2 to 1kg per week is considered good steady weightloss. It also sounds like you have picked up better eating habits and that's what will see you through into maintenance and help keep the weight off.

All the best. :D

Thats excellent Tom, they say if you lose too fast it's hard to keep it off, so think of long term. you're setting yourself up for success!

You are making such huge progress.

Be aware also that as your body starts to tone up you will put on weight in muscle - you may find you even gain a bit, but that's okay so long as it's muscle not fat. (Don't want you to get down on yourself when your body is becoming healthier and healthier every day)

Keep at it - you are an inspiration

Good on you! You're doing really well :)

Don't worry about little slipups - I think you did super great if you went out drinking and still managed to lose weight, alcohol piles the kilos on for me!

Just think - only a couple of months to the slim you! :)
