Okay I'm not sure how to start - I really have to get a proper set of scales, the ones I have @ home are so crap. On the 24th January, I did all body measurements and so far I've lost 7.5cm so I'm really happy with that. I probably would have done better if I hadn't gone off on my two day eating crazy thing at the beginning of the week but hey it was birthday :P

But I'm really really proud of myself - I'm going to go buy a really nice top for myself a nice size 18 and use that as a major motivator:D

Sue.
I cracked the 90kg mark for the first time in two years, I'm happy!!

HI Sue

Measuring yourself is a great way to track your progress, sometimes the scales are not kind but your measuring tape will always give you the good news if you have done the work.

Good luck.

The tape measure is a great tool for sure!! It might pay you to save up and buy a really good pair of digital scales as I have had a lot of friends say that the cheap ones dont last a long time. I bought the WW scales from Target as they were the only ones that would weigh me at my starting weight!! But it might pay you to make an investment in some good ones!!
