just got back from the walk. It was so pretty outside:

Image

We just have to walk about 100m down our street to a bit of bushland and theres a path that runs alongside it:

Ashley rides his bike ahead of us and we walk along behind him:

Then we get to a big man made marsh type thingy in the middle of a park and theres a path all the way around it:

It is a nice area, but when we first moved here it was all sand!!

They have done a good job landscaping it all.

Dinner:

Italian chicken casserole with basmati rice 7 points

dessert:

strawberries dusted with icing sugar - 1 point

total used = 20 points out of 21.

I'm in the Doncaster estate, its between Nicholson Rd and Warton Road. If you know Frasers garden centre, we are just around the corner.

well the gym is off....

TTOM came back with a vengence today and I feel like crap.

This is almost 3 weeks I have had it now. I thought it was going, but it decided to hit me again today.

I might have to go to the doctor and get some tablets he gave me when this happened last year. 3 months of continuous TTOM that time!!

Yay go Nikki! I think it's great how you can have the treats you want (like red rooster) and still factor them into your diet. Sustainable diets- that's how to succeed!

Hubby & Ashley got the usually naughty things, they are both skinny (damn them!!) and I could smell their chips, but I just ate my bagette and ignored it!!

I'm feeling really down at the moment.

So very tired... just want to eat EVERYTHING!!

still have TTOM and it doesn't seem like its going any time soon.

Can having really heavy TTOM for 3 weeks be bad for you? Could it make you iron deficient? I get heaps of sleep but I feel knackered all the time, and STARVING all the time.

its driving me crazy....
