Week 1.....well, my first week of the new me was a success!!! I lost 2kgs and I have actually quite enjoyed the whole week. A few times I started to get very unmotivated, but I read a few of your stories and it helped heaps. I am already feeling the benefits of eating healthy food and drinking lots of water. My skin is definately clearer and softer...can't believe I can notice changes so quickly. My biggest fear this past week was a night out on Friday with some girl friends...we went to a Thai restaurant. On Friday night on the way home from work I stopped in at the restaurant and got a takeaway menu, and then went home and studied it. I used my old Weight Watchers books as a guide and I picked Pad Thai...which was about the best choice I felt I could make. Everyone else ordered "fatty" Meals and rice, but I said no to all this and the 2 bottles of wine they drank!!! Stuck to the water!!. I think it was the first time ever that I actually felt I walked out of a restauarant instaed of waddling out from eating too much..So Proud of myself. I am very determined to do well this week....not expecting such a huge loss, as I am going away for 3 days, but I am already thinking ahead to that!!!!
