My official starting weight was 72.3
This morning I weighed in at 71.2

A loss this week of 1.1kg :D

(probably helps that it's no longer TTOM, too)

My husband is away for most of March, so I will be working hard to make a significant difference by the time he returns at the end of the month. Go me!

It would be awesome if I could get to 67kg by the end of March and no longer be 'officially' overweight (according to my BMI). However, am expecting to get to 68kg.

67kg is my first mini goal

Thanks for the support everyone :D I think my husband will be pleasantly surprised when he returns at the end of next week.

Here's my plan for the next few weeks:

Continue my no more alcohol, sugar and sweet treats until Easter when I can indulge in a few eggs and some wine
3 x 30 minute runs per week (or longer)
2 x taekwondo or Tae Bo classes (minimum)
Daily walking of at least 30 minutes (usually with the dog) coupled with an exercise program of sit ups, push ups, tricep dips, squats
    Increase my protein intake
Reduce my intake of complex carbs
Complete the 'Run for the Kids' in 2 hours or less (April 1st -- and I won't be disappointed if I come in at 2:15)
    Lots of stretching
Try some new healthy, low fat recipes
Get some exercise DVDs (and do them when the weather is inclement!)
And finally, finish my first uni assignment ahead of time

It's good to be accountable. I'll let you know how I go :P
Just keep moving! And don't be lazy...
