Ok. So in the past 18months I have:
-lost 12kg
-dropped 2 pant sizes
-dropped 1 shirt size

Now i've hit a plateu and am hoping that by creating this diary I will start going down again (along with hard work).

Ultimate Goal: weigh 72kg-75kg at my Year 12 formal (October this year)
Current weight: 80kg
Current body fat: 31%
Current Height: 175cm
Current Pant Size: 14
Current Shirt Size: 16

Alright before I start I better confess that i've been really bad on the weekend. I wouldn't normally do this but I did:
-2 x 250g blocks cadbury chocolate
-small popcorn adn frozen coke at movies

Sorry for the long post guys.

All the best reaching your goal weight. Don't stress too much about your over indulgence on the weekend. At least you haven't thrown in the towel. You've picked yourself right back up and are doing something positive by continuing with your success.

Congrats on your weightloss to date :D I have no doubt you'll be able to drop to your next goal weight and look fab at your school formal.

Put the weekend behind you and focus on the good things you've been doing. Don't be too restrictive in your diet. You need some 'wiggle' room in there so you won't be tempted to binge on that which you most desire yet won't allow yourself to have.

I'm on a 2 week sugar-free/sweetie treat period to help get me over the sugar cravings and am hoping that I'll be able to reintroduce a small weekly treat or two back into my diet and stick with that plan.

All the best!
Just keep moving! And don't be lazy...

 :( Guys i've done it again. What have I done you ask? NOTHING and that's the problem. I'm now 80.8kg and going downhill fast. So what am I going to do? Well re-post in here. Along with that i've made an exercise plan along with planning time for homework, etc. I'm making a new ticker and here's a picture of a formal dress I like in a bid to inspire me. And here's my confession: 2.5 250g cadbury blocks in the last week and hog's breath.

My goal weight remains as above.

So here's one of many dresses I like.

So now i'm going to try again!

hey roar

you can get over this mate. that formal is going to be so much fun and its your chance to shine :) that dress is beautiful and i love the royal blue colour :) take care of yourself, and fit in your healthy eating and exercising around your busy timetable. i know how stressful it can it all be at the end of school :?

Well so far i'm still not losing weight (my own fault. Bad eating) and am up around 81.5kg. I still want to be no higher than 74kg for my formal. Lately i've been working out a bit more. I even came 11th in my school cross country.

Yesterday I joined up with my local gym again as that was what started my weight loss and i'm hoping to run the short course in the bridge to brisbane.

I'll let you know how I go. (if I can manage to remember that I made this thread!)
