Congrats on your weightloss to date
I have no doubt you'll be able to drop to your next goal weight and look fab at your school formal.
Put the weekend behind you and focus on the good things you've been doing. Don't be too restrictive in your diet. You need some 'wiggle' room in there so you won't be tempted to binge on that which you most desire yet won't allow yourself to have.
I'm on a 2 week sugar-free/sweetie treat period to help get me over the sugar cravings and am hoping that I'll be able to reintroduce a small weekly treat or two back into my diet and stick with that plan.
