I know this isnt going to be fantastically inspiring or encouraging in any way. I do not eat healthily and nor do I exercise regularly. But I am making changes, slowly but surely.
I am currently 17 years old and weigh 82kgs.
My 18th birthday is in 31 weeks. I want to lose a minimum of 0.5kgs a week.
This is not going to be an easy task for me, as I have a huge emotional binge eating problem, but I want to tackle it slowly. Exercising for 30 mins a day would be a good day, any more than an hour would be fantastic.
I need a new set of scales, and I know that every scale reads differently. So when I get these, I will re-evaluate my goals. So far they are as following;
I want to lose a minimum of 12kgs by October the 9th 2007.
I want to drink 1.5L of water a day.
I will eat at least 2 healthy meals a day.
I will exercise for 30 mins a day.
For each of the above 3 I will give myself a smiley on each day either
Weight goals are as follows;
March Goal: 80kgs
June Goal: 75kgs
October Goal: 70kgs
