good on u for confessing to us mate. i think at this stage u should eat something u know u will keep down. if u want baked beans or toast then have it only if you know u will keep it down. any kilojoules is better than nothing. remember too few kj's will put u in starvation mode. tomorrow is a new day mate we believe u can overcome this :)

I think the toast and/or baked beans is OK Joan.

How about a small tin of baked beans on one slice of wholemeal toast. A really healthy and nutritious meal.

Hope you are well and all is going good for you Joan, we're here for you no matter what mate.

I had a little triumph today, I decided i would buy lunch and what i really wanted was roast meat and mashed potatoes with gravy ( theres this awesome place that odes all home cooked meals) but instead i got noodles.. u know noodle box type noodles...
probably not that healthy for me but alot beter than what i wanted!!! They were very yummy too, this is what was in them:

thin egg noodles( i know they are not great lol)
veges
and a pepper sauce.. it was pretty mcuh cracked pepper and maybe something else... knowing my luck oil lol.. but they didnt seem too oily...

but still MASSIVE triumph for me...

also on another note i bought a magazine today that said the following:

Eat a big Mac for 2010 Kj's and 25.5 g's of fat
OR
eat all of this: a lean beef burger, a warm herb fusion chicken salad, 3 nuggets and a large diet coke for:2069 kj's and 18.4 g's of fat.

Im sure you wouldnt really want to eat all that food but it jsut goes to show.
