I thought that I'd take the time to set up a Personal Progress thread - more for my benefit than yours, really.
I thought it would be good to be able to look back across this when I'm feeling low and need a bit of motivation to keep going. You know - sot of, "you've come through this before, you can get through it now"
So here goes,
Well, I've had a bit of a downer earlier this week with sudden unexplained weight gain, but I'm feeling really good now.
Had to do some groceries today and ran into one of Dane's old kinder teachers who said - "Gee you look great - what have you been doing?" I just can't get enough of comments like that, and it really made me feel great about the progress I HAVE made, rather than bemoaning the small overnight increase earlier this week.
Looking at my ticker it's hard to believe that I actually HAVE lost 10kgs, I still can't see it, but I'm going to focus on that figure as something to really stay excited about.
