Okay,

I haven't been on much lately, been mostly feeling pretty sorry for myself and saying 'life's too short to care about how many calories are in this chocolate bar" (No wonder I've felt like CRAP!!!)

I'm back up to 123.9kgs which is an almost 2 kgs gain. This is stopping now! Back on the tready tonight and no more high-fat, low-nutrient foods.

I think you've had an excuse to let go of the healthy eating for a bit mate!!! Well done for putting a stop to it before it gets too out of hand and pulling yourself back into line :)

Good on you Dee and welcome back to the wagon. With one big stress out of your life, you're sure to have energy to focus on your exercise and healthy eating. Go for it!

I have really found getting back into it difficult. I keep telling myself it's okay to have 'just one more' when what I'm really saying is just one more kilo.

I am going to make a pledge to log onto this site daily for the next two weeks. I do much better when I'm on here - it maintains my focus and reminds me of all the reasons I need to lose this weight. I've been working a lot lately, which means time has been at apreium, but I think this is vital.

I have been loggin on folks - even though I haven't had time to chat... such insane work hours - did 52 hours in four days... this is insanity! Still, eating plan is improved and looking forward to getting my butt moving in a few days.

Oh Kate - you're such a sweetie.

We're really struggling a bit financially so the extra $$$ are very much welcome - but the hours are damn near killing me. I'm starting wonder if it's worth it - even knowing it's only for tweo weeks. Oh well, it will pass.

I've put on 3 kgs this week, and I feeling liek crap but I just don't have the energy to do anyting about it. One more week. One more week.

one week to go mate and then it will be over with. hang in there. i know how tough it is financially :( it makes me sad sometimes that i cant buy certain things because we dont have the money for it but we have our health and a roof over our heads so we will be right :)

never mind about the gain dee, you have more important things to think about!!

As always Kate you make me feel better. I have to admit - the opportunity to earn this money has been a godsend. Andrew wants to go up North in October for his cousins wedding and he was getting quite cranky about me saying we couldn't do it. I guess at least this way we can manage it.

Looking forward to a time where every dollar isn't carefully balanced and justified before it's spent.

And you're right Kate - I've lost these kilos before, I'll lose them again.

Hang in there, Dee - you'll bounce right back. And take care of yourself - easy to get rundown when you're working crazy hours like that :)
