As you spoke it so it shall be! LOL... I've spent the few days in bed witht he worst flu bug I've had in a long time. I've woken up this mornig though feeling ready to embrace life and keep going. The long hours are over, and I'm headed off for a girls weekend with my best bud this long weekend - what's not to embrace?

So I've got some catching up to do folks, bear with me

Well you may have noticed I have been back around a bit more regularly lately and I'm really making more of an effort. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to be making a much of a difference to the scales, but I'm feeling a million times better.

Managed to stick to only half a small piece of the most decadent choclate cake last night - should lose a kg just for will power I reckon.

Currently at 124.5kgs, and finding it hard to dro - but I will reach 120kgs soon - just gotta keep at it.

I CAN FINALLY MOVE MY TICKER!!!!!!!!

OMG - what a huge accomplishment. I have hit 123.5 and I am so thrilled I could cry (which is just silly, but hey!) I am on the move again, and doing a happy dance!
