I only joined this week and only started my 'losing weight' thing last week.
I weigh 90kg with all my gym gear on (not stripping off at the gym sorry!) and I'm 173cm tall.
I have two children, 4 and 14 months.
I aim to exercise 4x a week minimum and only have junk food once a week (wednesdays coz i have to have ice cream when i'm watching prisonbreak in order to cool down!
So there it is, my goal is to lose another 15kg and see how I look then. Would like to be 70kg but don't want to go too far. I would like to lose at least 8kg by my birthday on 18th May. So snatch that crap out of my mouth if you see me with it!!!!
