Okay, here goes. I hope someone can help me understand.
I have recently been weighing myself on the scales at the gym. This weekend I bought some for home.
These are the scale readings for today. Please let me know which one to take?
Home in morning (naked): 87kg.
I then thought I better see what I am at the Gym
Gym at 2pm (all gear on): 88.3kg.
Then when I got home coz I wanted to see how close they are, I weighed with all clothes on after drinking 1L water during workout.
Home in afternoon (clothed): 89.8kg.
Home in afternoon (naked): 88.5kg.
So the gym stuff weighs 1.3kg.
But which weight am I? please help coz I would LOVE to update my ticker!!! Thank you
