That's the trick, isn't it? To move right past a slip and ensure the next thign you put in your mouth is decent.

Well done, Jo.

well ive been on my bike, the excercise one. Its so much fun excercising at home. so far since monday i have ridden 20 ks... on monday i did 10 on tuesday i did 10 and yesterday i didnt do any cos i was cooking soup and setting up my set top box. HOwever i am going to up this to 15 ks most days... i dont know if i will be able to squeeze it in tonight and tomorrow i will drag my bf for a real bike ride, wont be anywhere near 10 ks tho.. or maybe we can do some running... how fun *cough* My boss is a major fitness freak... he runs 130 ks a week... crazzzyyyyy... and he thinks i am better do 15 ks three times a week... instead fo 10 ever day except one.. as 10 k's only takes me 20 mins to do... so its not really enough daily excercise is it?

today my food is:
yoghurt(lf) and strawberries for breakfast
home made vegie soup for lunch
banana
dinner im not sure.. but i thnk it will noodle box or something similar... can anyone suggest what the healthiest type of noodles to order are.. inregards to noodles and sauce

i think rice noodles as opposed to egg noodles are best... not sure about the sauce.. teriyaki is pretty high in sugar. maybe like a thai lemongrass type thing?

noodle box places aren't really that healthy overall.. they cook the stuff really quickly and i've seen them making it - they put a LOT of oil in.. grr!

however i would say its most likely better than the maccas or kfc i usually get... hmmm what else can i buy from a fod court that is healthy.. i suppose i could get a sandwich... but i have an aversion to eating sandwiches for dinner... dont know why.. but dinner time is for hot food lol
