Lots of characters over there. I post under a different nickname, although I'm more of a reader than a poster and it's very male dominated, but the Beginners forum is really helpful.
I found myself getting overwhelmed with all the information -- I should be doing fartlek (!? sounds like of stinky
), tempo runs, interval training, etc etc etc. But I didn't need to worry about that -- that's more for advanced runners. I just need to run
I am doing the Herald Sun Run for the Kids on April 1st (15.2km) and I hope to be able to run at least half of it -- but next year, I'll run the whole thing, for sure!
Just keep moving! And don't be lazy...
