Yorudans Beginning and Progress

I hope to weigh 54 kilograms by the 1st May.

Goal: 1600 calories perday
Exercise: 1 hour 6 x per week

I will start bootcamp on 16 April so i am hoping that will help.
Before: 80
Week 1: 58
Week 2:56.6
Goal:54 by 1 May 2007

I've always wanted to do one of those, but it's hard to coordinate my availability between work and uni commitments, which inevitably fall when bootcamp falls. Be sure to let us know how it goes.

Weight: 56.6kg

I ate over my calorie intake this week and average of 1650. exercised 5 days out of seven. I suppose thats okay since i still olst weight.

Reward for weight loss: New trench coat with a belt so i can tighten it when i reach my goal :P
